Merchant terms

About these terms
These terms are between you (the business owner who signs up) and QuickStore ("QuickStore", "we"), the operator of myquick.store, Lusaka, Zambia. By creating a shop on QuickStore you accept them.
Your shop
- You must be at least 18 and able to run the business you list. Give true information about yourself, your business, your products, services and prices.
- You are responsible for everything done through your shop, including by staff and managers you invite. Only invite people you trust; you can remove their access at any time.
- Your shop link (myquick.store/yourname) is chosen when you sign up. After you go live, only QuickStore can change it; ask us if you need a change.
- Do not sell anything illegal, dangerous, counterfeit or misleading, and do not use QuickStore to deceive or harass customers.
Packages and fees
- You pay for a package (Starter, Growth or Unlimited) for the period shown. When it ends, new orders and bookings pause until you renew; chat keeps working.
- Some things cost a small amount when you use them, such as payment receipt SMS and calls beyond what your package includes. The current amounts are shown in Billing before you are charged.
- We may change prices with notice. A package you already paid for keeps its price until it ends.
Payments and payouts
- Where customer payments are available, customers pay QuickStore. We hold the money until the customer confirms they received the order, or until the automatic release date, then it becomes available to you.
- If a customer raises an issue we may hold the money while it is looked at, and refund the customer in full or in part. You can respond in your orders.
- You can withdraw your available balance to your mobile money wallet, above the minimum shown in Money. The wallet must be yours or your business's. We may check it.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales.
Customers' privacy
Customers' phone numbers are hidden from you on purpose. You will see a name or "Customer" and a number. Never try to find out a customer's number, and do not contact customers outside QuickStore about their orders unless they ask you to. Customer details you receive for an order (such as a delivery address) may only be used to complete that order.
Offers to followers
You may only send offers to customers who followed your shop and agreed. Respect quiet hours and the limits QuickStore sets, and honour STOP and Unfollow at once.
Closing and suspension
You can stop using QuickStore any time. We may pause or close a shop that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk, or is reported repeatedly, and we will tell you why where we can. Money owed to customers for open orders may be held or refunded.
Data
We run QuickStore and look after your shop's data as set out in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for the customer information you receive and must keep it safe.
Our responsibility
We try to keep QuickStore running but cannot promise it will always work. As far as the law allows, QuickStore is not liable for lost sales or losses caused by outages, mobile money networks or things outside our control. These terms follow the laws of Zambia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in your shop app if a change matters. Questions: the contact details shown on myquick.store.
